PCR’s Lunar New Year drawing contest, celebrating the Year of the Rat, received 300 entries from our talented children and youth in all boroughs of NYC. Today the 9 judges took a careful and detailed look at each entry. They spent over two hours to select the top three in each category. Selections were made based on children’s creativity and artistic expression about the zodiac rat. Thank you so much for everyone’s hard work and support. We will notify the winners to attend the award presentation ceremony. Please stay tuned.
