NYC Parks is still busy taking care of our community parks

NYC Parks is still busy taking care of our community parks, even in the midst of this COVID-19 pandemic. We are hoping for all of this to end soon. We are looking forward to contributing to the parks again. oday, We donated some necessary materials including face masks and gloves to help combat COVID-19.

We are New Yorkers! We can do it!

Our first responders do not have the luxury of maintaining safe social distance while performing their job duty to safeguard the community. The brave men and women of NYPD carry on their duty every day, even though many of their colleagues have already fallen sick. We are grateful for all the people serving on the front line at this critical time. That’s why we do our part of rally community donation of protective masks for them! You are out there for us, we are here for you! Slow down the spread. We are New Yorkers! We can do it!

PCR was able to come to the aide of our medical workers at NYU Langone today.

Many Chinese immigrants were hit hard economically by the coronavirus. Long before the NYS on Pause order, many Chinese-owned businesses were already suffering revenue loss due to coronavirus bias against them. But when the call for help came, many community members, although suffering financial loss themselves, still extended their helping hands by donating money or masks. Thanks to their selflessness, PCR was able to come to the aide of our medical workers at NYU Langone today.

A lot of Chinese immigrants have been hit hard economically by the coronavirus. Long before the NYS on Pause order, many Chinese owned businesses were already suffering revenue loss due to coronavirus bias against Asians. But when the call for help came, many of our community members, even though suffering financial loss themselves, still extended their helping hands by donating money or masks. Thanks to their selflessness, PCR was able to come to the aide of our medical workers at NYU Langone today. Once again, our motto is “You are out there to protect and save us, and we will be here to do everything we can to have your back!”

Our mask and hand sanitizer donation work continues.

Our mask and hand sanitizer donation work continues. This time we are delivering to our seniors and police officers. Hospital needs are still top priority, and we are working hard to find qualified masks for hospitals (FDA or OSHA approved N95). Once again, I want to thank our community members who donated their precious supplies for this good cause. As far as I know, there are many other Asian community volunteers out there delivering mask donations to hospitals and service people in need. They are just not on FB. I want to give a shout out to them here.

its my parkday.

Due to the recent situation, there is an obvious drop in the amount of park visitors. Our parks are made for community residents to relax and unwind. The hygienic state of these parks must remain at their best, even in the midst of these all the negative things happening lately. We are truly grateful for having volunteers help out at Flushing Park. Every little thing helps to protect us from the epidemic.
