Taste of Home Workshops

Service Description

This summer, be part of a meaningful program that brings together teens and older adults to foster English language learning 🗣️ and connect through conversation 💬, culture 🌎, and food 🍽️. As a volunteer, you’ll be paired with an older adult to exchange stories 📚, learn about their favorite recipes 🍲, and help document those memories in a creative recipe journal 📝. At the end of the program, you’ll take home your own decorated cookbook 📖✨ filled with recipes and reflections shared by all the participants.
