This summer, PCR’s Park Wellness Program is making mental health approachable.
Mental health isn’t just something to think about when something feels wrong. It’s a part of our daily lives, and stress, sleep, relationships, emotional regulation, and self-care all play a role in how we feel, connect with others, and move through our days.
✅ Get a stamp by taking a moment to reflect and leave an anonymous note sharing what’s on your mind.
