To request a letter of hour proof, you must be registered as a PCR volunteer and complete a minimum of 30 hours.

Alternatives we offer:

- Bring your own volunteer hour tracker and have the event supervisor sign at the end of each event.

- Request us to email your school or teacher confirming the number of hours you completed.

Schools and colleges may require some form of extracurriculars outside of school. Giving back may help you stand out among other applicants for clubs, internships, or jobs. PCR volunteers may request a letter of hour proof once a minimum of 30 hours are completed.

Unless stated otherwise, all volunteers should fill out the sign-out sheets at the end of every event. Track your hours using PCR's Hour Tracker. All resources are available for PCR volunteers in our Discord server. 

Before participating in PCR volunteer activities, be sure to complete the onboarding steps provided in the email containing your Volunteer ID number. Please note that Orientation is MANDATORY before attending any volunteer activities. You may join our Discord server for PCR volunteers or WeChat groups so you don't miss any new volunteer opportunities.

Usually it will takes 1 to 3 business days to get your Volunteer ID after you send us your application form. Please be sure to include a subject line to help prevent your email from being marked as spam.
