Youth Planning Council

The Youth Planning Council was established to involve young leaders in community planning. Each member of the Youth Planning Council is the leader of a program within our organization. Youth leaders improve their skills in leadership, communication, problem-solving, and advocacy while serving on the board. Board members build and practice these competencies through group discussions and participation in the comprehensive planning process for PCR's future orientational goals.
