WHO WE ARE
Parent-Child Relationship Association (PCR) is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization that aims to strengthen family relationships and promote parent-child bonding. History
OUR MISSION
Our mission is to build a strong community by empowering immigrant families to engage in community projects and increase civic participation.
OUR VISION
Our vision is of an inclusive community where immigrant families are empowered to thrive and contribute to society, creating a more harmonious community.
PCR is a non-profit volunteer organization with a long and proud history. Our founders, Nicole Huang and Iris Ng, started PCR as an unofficial organization in 2016, consisting of only a handful of members. As our mission and vision spread, we officially became a non-profit in 2018. This allowed us to increase the reach of our organization and provide more services to our communities. Since then, we've continued dedicating ourselves to making a positive difference in the lives of those we serve.
