Summer School Program

Service Description

947 57th Street Volunteers will teach children aged kindergarten to 6th-grade math, writing, and reading and accompany them in activities like arts and crafts, board games, etc. This is a scheduled program, and volunteers MUST be registered to this program to receive hours. Duration: July 8 - August 23 (Weekdays) Time: 8:30 AM - 1:00 PM (Morning shift) or 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM (afternoon shift) Qualifications: - Be 14+ years old - Active PCR Volunteer for AT LEAST 3 months - Language: Ability to understand Chinese, Proficiency in English Requirements: - Consistent Attendance - Patient & Friendly - Active Participation - Communication Skills - Lead Kids by Example Contact VICKYLIU.PCR@GMAIL.COM by email if you are interested.
