Your support helps us bring families, friends, and neighbors together and create meaningful opportunities to connect.

A strong parent-child bond begins from the earliest years. Our Baby Play Day gave parents and their children a special opportunity to connect, play, and grow together. Through colorful toys, different textures and touch, and music, children explored their senses while supporting their early development.

This summer, take a moment for yourself. As part of PCR's Park Wellness Program, we're focusing on mental health with a new reflection prompt each week. Stop by to write or draw your response and take home a fortune cookie and an affirmation slip. Arts & crafts activities are available each week at Family Fun Day. Fun, free, and open to all ages—everyone is welcome!

Family Fun Day offers free weekly arts-and-crafts sessions open to kids, teens, and adults alike. With all supplies included, participants can easily drop in to learn new creative techniques together. Each week features a unique seasonal craft project that every participant gets to take home.

Adolescence isn't about conflict—it's the beginning of understanding. PCR, in partnership with NYU Langone Health, is hosting a Parent-Child Relationship Workshop Series designed to help families strengthen communication, deepen mutual understanding, and build healthier, closer relationships through separate sessions for parents and teens, followed by a joint family workshop. Access to healthy, nutritious food is a fundamental pillar of community well-being. During our recent food distribution, residents received fresh cauliflower, pineapples, and ginger to bring home and enjoy with their families.
