Earth Day Cleanup
On Saturday, April 20th, families joined forces for our Earth Day community cleanup, collecting buckets of litter in exchange for adorable potted plants. We hope this event strengthened family bonds while leaving our park cleaner for everyone to enjoy!
Family Fun Day
Join us for Family Fun Day: Leif Ericson Park, every Saturday from 10 AM to 1 PM, and Family Fun Day: Sunset Park, every Sunday from 10 AM to 12 PM! We look forward to creating fun and beautiful crafts with you all!
Brooklyn Bridge Park - HENY
We explored Brooklyn Bridge Park with parents and kids (and a dog) on April 24! From strolling the iconic Brooklyn Bridge to soaking up the sunshine & enjoying a picnic by the water, it was the perfect day for family bonding and a healthy dose of exercise!
Painting Class for Adults
Our community residents showcased their painting talents in this class! It's a fantastic opportunity for laughs and honing painting skills!
Register for Free Summer Camp - Fresh Air Fund
Our office helped parents register for free summer camp for their children. These programs are funded by the Fresh Air Fund, a wonderful opportunity for children to make new friends and learn new skills in the summer!
Community Beautification
Our volunteers are continuing our efforts to clean up our community and free it from litter and debris. We join together on weekends to clean at Leif Ericson Park, Sunset Park, and McKinley Park. To join us, book online at: https://www.pcr.nyc/volunteerevents
