Bills Int 684 & 853

Thank you to my colleagues @ericdinowitznyc, @nyc_councilman_chrisbanks, @philwongnyc, and everybody who came out to rally with me today!

We stood up for every student and family in New York City before my bills Int 684 and Int 853 were heard by the Education Committee. A quality education should never depend on your zip code, your income, or the language you speak at home.

@homecrestcommunityservices, @cidnyinc, @pcra_nyc, @chineseamericanplanningcouncil, and so many incredible community members showed up, shared their stories, and reminded us why this work matters. We are just getting started.
