Families joined us for a memorable day at the Bronx Zoo as part of our Historic Exploration of New York (HENY) program!! We discovered fascinating animals, enjoyed the fresh air, and shared meaningful moments. Heartfelt thanks to our amazing volunteers for making the experience even more special!

Mother's Day Watercolor Painting Session 母亲节水彩画课程

We had a wonderful time in our watercolor painting class, and our community members created some beautiful pieces. It was a great way to relax and celebrate all the amazing moms who do so much every day.

"The Courage to Be Disliked" Workshop

Just wrapped our first session of "The Courage to Be Disliked" Book Club! Already feeling the power of letting go, setting boundaries, and stepping into our true selves--together. Very excited for the journey ahead!

Mental Health Workshops 心理健康急救课程

Mental Health First Aid USA is helping us teach more of our community about the importance of mental health! Let's continue learning and take care of ourselves, our families, and those around us.

心理健康与身体健康同等重要。五月，我们与Mental Health First Aid USA合作，开展了一系列心理健康培训课程，帮助更多社区成员认识常见的心理问题，如焦虑、抑郁、创伤等。

参与者不仅学习到如何在他人出现心理危机时给予第一时间的支持，也更深入反思自身情绪健康状态。

特别是对于长期承受压力的移民家长来说，这样的课程提供了情绪出口，也增强了自我调节与互相陪伴的能力。

Through events like this, we hope to continue fostering understanding, bridging differences, and building a more inclusive and united Brooklyn.

Parenting Class 父母学堂

Parenting is never easy. Each stage of a child’s development brings new challenges. But every parent who chooses to learn and grow is taking a powerful step to nurture the warmth of their parent-child bond.

每个阶段的孩子，都在考验父母的成长。四月的培养情商增加子女内在力量课程聚焦在“什么是“情绪教养””和“情商与智商的差异及其养育风格对孩子的影响”主题中。带领家长们理解孩子背后的情绪动因，学习如何以鼓励、界限与尊重的方式与孩子相处。

课程中，家长们相互支持、真实分享，也在交流中收获成长。我们深信，父母的改变，就是家庭氛围改变的起点。

Dumpling Making Event 端午节包粽子活动

We just wrapped up a heartwarming dumpling-making event to celebrate the Dragon Boat Festival—and what a wonderful time it was!

From folding fragrant bamboo leaves to sharing stories and laughter, everyone came together to honor tradition and enjoy the festive spirit. Whether it was your first time or you're a dumpling pro, every zongzi made was filled with care and love.

It was great discovering free health and wellness services, enjoying games for all ages, catching fitness demonstrations, entering raffles, and experiencing live entertainment. It’s a wonderful way to meet neighbors, have fun, and celebrate a healthy lifestyle together.

探索免费的健康服务、参与老少皆宜的游戏、观看健身示范、参与抽奖以及体验现场娱乐，真是太棒了。这真是结识邻居、享受乐趣、共同庆祝健康生活方式的绝佳方式。

Our volunteers are working hard every weekend at Leif Ericson Park, Sunset Park, and McKinley Park. Come be part of the effort to beautify and keep our local parks a clean, safe space for all!
