Professional Meeting with other Brooklyn Non-Profit Leaders

Mental Health Workshops

We planned two mental health workshops in March. Advocating for mental health awareness and educating community members on the importance and valuable insights of mental health.

Fresh Air Fund

Thank you to the Fresh Air Fund, a program that gives youth in underserved communities the chance to enjoy outdoor experiences at no cost! We hope this summer is filled with fun and adventure for our community's youth!

Parenting Workshop

Parents came together for a workshop about the challenges their children face during adolescence. They learned and shared their experiences, supporting each other through ideas on how to help their children.

Daffodil Planting Project The daffodils we planted for New Yorkers for Parks's Daffodil project have bloomed, and it's so rewarding to see the fruits of our labor! Thank you to the volunteers who showed up and dedicated their time every week at Leif Ericson Park.

Play Day PCR's "Play Day" is a program for parents and their kids to bond, laugh, and create memories, strengthening their parent-child connection from a young age. Thanks to everyone who joined this session!

Park Cleanup

Volunteers come to help clean up roots, weeds, leaves, etc, at one of these three parks on the weekends. Not only to help clean the environment but to make our community better again.
