Halloween Family Day ~ 万圣节家庭日～

Thank you to everyone who came out for Halloween Family Day! We loved seeing your creativity, costumes, and energy. We hope you enjoyed the activities and had fun together.

A special thank you to Councilmember Alexa Avilés (NYC Council District 38), New York City Department of Parks & Recreation, Brooklyn District Attorney's Office, Sunset Park 5th Avenue BID, NYC Department of Youth and Community Development, and Day Care Council of New York for making this event possible, and of course to our volunteers for helping throughout the day. We couldn't have done it without you!

Community Garden Beautification Day (8th Annual Daffodil Bulb Planting Day)~ 社区花园美化日（第八届水仙花种植日）～

Thank you to everyone who joined us for our Community Garden Beautification Day for the 8th Annual Daffodil Bulb Planting Day. A special shoutout to Partnerships for Parks, Councilmember Alexa Avilés (NYC Council District 38) and Councilman Justin Brannan's offices, Fort Hamilton NHS Philanthropy Club, and our amazing volunteers.

Thanks to New Yorkers for Parks for providing the daffodil bulbs. We’re grateful to have hosted our food & book distribution event! Providing nutritious meals and access to books helps support families and nurture young minds in our community.

City of Forest Day with Councilmember Alexa Aviles ~ 森林之城日活动～

We joined Councilmember Alexa Aviles (NYC Council District 38) in a City of Forest Day, helping to clean up Dyker Heights!

我们与 Councilmember Alexa Avilés (NYC Council District 38) 一同参与了 City of Forest Day 活动，协助清理 Dyker Heights，为社区环境贡献力量！

Sunset Park Cleanup with PS 503 ~ xxxxx 与 PS503 一起的 Sunset Park 公园清扫 ~

Thank you to PS 503 Brooklyn, the wonderful teachers and students who joined our Sunset Park cleanup! The students explored the park to spot items that don't belong, learned about the plants and animals that call the park home, and worked hard picking up litter to keep our park beautiful!

感谢 PS 503 Brooklyn 的多位老师和学生们参与我们的 Sunset Park 公园清扫！学生们在公园中展开探索，寻找不属于自然环境的人造物品，了解公园中的植物和动物，并努力捡拾垃圾，为保持公园的美丽尽一份心力！

Breast Cancer Awareness ~ 健康讲座：了解乳腺癌～

We invited 华人SHARE癌症关怀与支持 to host a health lecture on understanding breast cancer. Members learned about what breast cancer is, its common symptoms, risk factors, and how to join support groups. It was a great reminder of the importance of self-care and early detection!

我们邀请了 华人SHARE癌症关怀与支持 举办了一场关于乳腺癌知识的健康讲座。参与者了解了乳腺癌的基本概念、常见症状、风险因素，以及如何加入支持小组。这次讲座也再次提醒我们自我关怀和早期发现的重要性！

Community Conversation on Racial Equity ~ 社区对话：种族平等 ~

We hosted a combined community conversation and orientation for new volunteers! Together, we discussed ways to make our city more equitable and explored how we can measure meaningful change. Thanks to the NYC Commission on Racial Equity!

我们举办了一场社区对话，同时为新义工安排了入门介绍！大家共同讨论了如何让我们的城市更加公平，并探讨了如何衡量真正的改变。感谢 纽约市种族平等委员会 的支持！
