PCR with IDNYC

PCR is thrilled to welcome IDNYC mobile van to our community! We assisted local residents, especially the elderly who were bounded by their language barriers, in filling out applications and obtaining IDNYC cards. With IDNYC, they can feel more confident to explore the wide variety of services and opportunities in NYC.
