PCR's Speaking Class

PCR's speaking class has finally started! We are offering free English language-speaking classes to immigrants in our community who aren't proficient in the language. In order to better engage with society in America, learning English is crucial. We encourage these Chinese immigrants to speak English with confidence as they learn more.
