PCR Arts and Craft Event

Special needs families deserve care too! PCR hosted an arts and craft event today at our office in celebration of Lunar New Year’s Eve. Children with special needs made lucky bags along with their parents to learn about Lunar New Year and its rich cultural history. We hope that public can pay more attention to the special needs families, knowing that they are also part of our community.
